Kenyataan Media YB. V.Sivakumar, Yang Dipertua Dewan Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan pada 4 Mei 2009.
Surat
YB. V.Sivakumar
Yang Dipertua Dewan
Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan
Semoga di perkenankan olih Tuanku. Anyway YB, whatever is going to happen Perakians and Malaysians will be behind you.
BalasPadamYou are the hope for the democracy to continue to flourish in Perak.
My prayer is with you that the almighty will continue to provide you with the strength and courage. IN GOD WE trust.
BalasPadamThis is something I would like to share with all friends. When I first went into Lim Kit Siang's blog (blog.limkitsiang.com), the first thing I read is him calling Mukhriz (Jerlun MP) and Tan Keng Liang (gerakan kedah youth chief) as people "lack of grey matters" and silly. That was about 2 weeks ago. Today, I read that he said "the IQ of the Health Minister, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, who is MCA Vice President and Penang MCA State chief, is highly suspect when he could not understand simple English". The problem is that the more Lim Kit Siang branding that he is smarter than the rest of the people in the world (which I don't belief), the more people will just see him as a person barking on the wrong tree. I support DAP but I wish that our party's chairman can be more polite when addressing other leaders (whether they are Barisan or Pakatan). Otherwise, this will set bad example to the new generation of Malaysians.
BalasPadamThe easiest way to resolve the issues is to call for a fresh election in Perak. May 7 sitting would be a complicated one! Let Perak people decide again.
BalasPadamWahh... speaker perak sekarang ni makin peliklah... Semoga berjayalah ye Tuan speaker. Jgn pergi mexico. Nanti demam...
BalasPadamApe ke bangang kalau semua adun PR tak hadir?
BalasPadamGood luck YB SIVA.
BalasPadamTuan Speaker
BalasPadamSaya pohon agar tuan tidak memperdulikan kutukan, hinaan, cacian terhadap tuan dari kalangan orang melayu yg masuk sini.anggap sahaja mereka pencacai pengangkat najis. yg tiada maruah. banyak lagi melayu belakang tuan speaker
Mr. Speaker,
BalasPadamI do not think the Sultan will entertain your letter of appeal. Just get prepared for the day to face them.
I am not qualified to tell you what to do but this is my thought.
Follow all legal procedures and the constitution. Tell the aduns that whatever the court decided on the subjects pertaining to the state assembly, it has no bearing inside this assembly whatsoever. Politely ask the 3 frogs and the suspended excos to leave.
I guess there are many other matters that can be disputed, challenged it legally and constitutionally, then with your vested power, overturn the disputed matters and close the sitting.
Although I may not gain entry to witness the sitting, I will be there in Ipoh to lend my support.
May GOD bless you all.
YB Speaker, We believe you are on right track. Please think of our Nation and Rakyat.Once you are am elected person, do your duty according to law and our nation's democracy. We should follow the rules, never take example of UMNO, by doing power grap and etc etc.We respect they way you handle the Dewan, hope you can do some changes in Perak.Long Life YB Siva.

Somebody,
BalasPadamYB Speaker, since the letter sent to Sultan Perak ask for postpond that the state assembly on May 7,any feeback?
Dear Tuan Speaker,
BalasPadamI hope you get my message previously, but if you didn't get, I am warned you what is their contegency plan should you suspend the assembly meeting before they managed to remove you. They will wait until you left and then invoke certain article of the constitution and select a new speaker. Then the State Secretary and police will remove you from your speaker office. Please be aware of this and never left your speaker seat even after you have suspended the assembly meeting. Make sure all of them left first and you may want to sit there for as long as possible so that they could not elect a new speaker during your absence.
Salam hormat...
BalasPadamYB Speaker, I'm sure asking Sultan of Perak to postpone the seating is the wise action.
However, I'm not sure whether others are as wise guy as you are.
You'll have my support and pray towards unity on Perakians. Don't bother all -ve remarks on you.
Pissttt, pissttt! Bukan apa, nak bagi elokkk...
-SANG TUBA-
p/s: C U in Perak this 7th
I find it disturbing that the police dept could arbitrary encroach in any areas, be it an open space or within a premise, private or public.
BalasPadamMore so when they are working in a Pakatan-controlled states, say Perak, I find them consistently defying the instructions or orders from the state Speaker and the then (or still am) MB Nizar.
- When they defy the orders, can't they be prosecuted?
- Why is it that while the police can encroach in whatsoever areas, why is it that the MB or the state Speaker cannot reprimand them?
When Karpal Singh was mobbed and attacked by the ruthless UMNO Youth in Parliment that unfortunate day, IGP Musa said that the Parliment was beyond their jurisdiction and any instructions has to come from the Speaker.
The question is, doesn't that also applies to the State assembly? That, within the premise, the police has no jurisdiction and all has to adhere to the orders of the State Speaker?
If so, why do I not see that happening?
I agree with Richard Loh,99.9% rasanya Tuanku takkan tangguh sidang DUN,tapi kalu kuasa Allah, tak taulah...anyway we pray for the best, awas provokasi SB dan UMNO,dengar khabar lebih kurang 400 SB sedang berkeliaran di sekitar bandar IPOH.AWAS.
BalasPadamIf BN is allowed to used back door in Perak, BN will continue to use back door in other states and bulldozed through the legal system as they like.
BalasPadamGood luck Malaysia.....
pahbedah,
BalasPadam400? impossible. put another 0. now, it's more considerable.
Malaysia Government made a big joke to entertain the entire world.. Do anything never follow procedures, So much things are against what i'm studied in the public law..Stupid la..This is totally abuse of power..in addition, i don't know why the police catch a lady who only wear a black shirt.
